Only shows 16 devices connected so i cant disable ones not showing.
The app shows 16 devices connected, none of which are my sons PS4 which is actively online as I type this. Of course with school starting I want to be able to disable any late night gaming but I can't as neither the wifi connection nor wired connection is listed. Please help.

1. how is the ps4 connected to the router?
2. what modem are you using?
3. is it listed under access control?
- Cable internet (Spectrum) > Arris Surfboard SB6190 > R7000P.
PS4 while it is wifi it is primarily wired as plugged into the back of the R7000P in one of the Ethernet ports.
I apologize but I don't see where 'Access Control' is. I am using the Netgear Nighthawk app on Android.try logging in through the browser and accessing it that way
