Parental controls don't work opendns issue

I have set up genie, I have created an opendns account, but the modem says it had trouble signing in make sure you are connected to the internet.

I opened a support, but got told my 90 days is passed so they won't help me.  Basically I have a modem that is missing advertised features and no support.

Any help?

    I see there is already a thread on this.  I also see this complaint has been going on for months with a constant repeat of the engineering team is working on it.  Disappointing.

      Hi Zarich,

       

      You should be able to login to your OpenDNS account through the NETGEAR Genie and manage your LPC (Live Parental Controls) settings.
