Parental Controls not working properly

I got to work and guess what... the one at work blocked me from going to www.playboy.com.
I am going to upgrade to Windows 10 and see if it still works.

bam not working and crashing everytime I load the new version. Installed the older version loads but refuses to go to Parental Controls.
