PLP1200 not recognized by Genie 2.4.38 and Powerline Utility D 3.1.0.4

I have a network of various Netgear Powerline adapters - XWN5001 - XAV5501 - PLP1200   Only the PLP1200 are not recognized and listed as un-named/unknown model in Genie and Powerline Utility.  ...

I am having the same problem with this version of Genie. It recognises my pl1000 and plw1000 but not the pl1200

I have the exact same problem.

Connection appears to work but i cannot tell whether the connection is between the PLP1200 and the PLP1200 at the other end OR another powerline device i have at the house. Also cant tell what the speed is OR change the name.
