R4500 and Genie authentication problems

Hi, I have an  R4500 router (also called N900) and till about 5 months ago, I was able to log in the Genie app that obiously was supported (also stated in the router Data sheet).

Now, I can't log in anymore (doesn't matter if I try from the computer or the smarthpone). A red messages says that "Netgear router is not found or supported. Also make sure that the device is not connected to the guest network of the router and not IPv6 is anable".

What should I do?

    Hi mikinino,

     

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. What versions of the NETGEAR Genie app/program do you have installed (PC and mobile device)?

    3. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app/program?
