    Hi Kyrasma,

     

    You can try resetting the router then try going through the setup procedure again.

    I never did get around to resetting my router, but in the meantime, my Netgear Genie App on my iPhone changed so I checked it out and it finally recognized my router remotely and I was able to access the Network page to block or unblock devices. 

     

    Not sure what changed, but it's working now.
