R8000 not recognized by Genie on Apple.
Genie tells me it cannot find my R8000; I do not know how to determine if Time Werner or ADT reset my settings to "Guest," or if "pv...whatever," is on. Called Netgear support and lady was more interested in selling me $109.00 extended warranty than helping me.
