ReadyShare Vault Backup drive not accessible
I've had a storage device plugged into the usb port for over a year and have been backing up to it with no problem at all. Now, I keep getting "backup drive not accessible". Any ideas?

Hi humantics,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. What is the version of the ReadySHARE Vault app installed?
3. Is the USB LED still lit on the router?
4. Is the storage device still visible on the router UI?
5. Have you tried unplugging and re-plugging the storage device (on the router and power source if aplicable)?

Thanks for contacting me. Yes, I have this working again. I just unplugged the thumbdrive and plugged it back in.
