Netgear support was awful. They wanted $150 since the "90 days" expired. Submitted to Genie9, their reply is below.

Regarding your issue, we're well aware of this problem as it has been caused by the latest update of Windows 10. Unfortunately we couldn't solve the issue on the 2016 version. However, our 2017 doesn't have this problem and it can be downloaded from the following link :

No, as said I downloaded Genie Timeline per thread above. ReadyShareVault will not run on PC with Windows Fall update installed.
