I recently changed my password to my netgear99 on my pc,but my iphone and kindle wont recognize the new password or the old one

Since you changed the password you change the access settings for the iphone and kindle.
What router are you using and when you say that you changed the password what password did you changed the wifi or access to the router set up?
A little more information would help about you did.

Tell the iphone and kindle to forget that it ever connected to the router and set up the wifi connections from scratch.
The solution is to delete the wifi connection and redo the authentifacation process all over again.
