Sign in to your OpenDNS account

I have a  OpenDNS account, I can login from  dashboard. opendns . com

but after I download Netgear Genius, I can't login OpenDNS account using Netgear Genius,  it always shows there was an error signing in,  please make sure you're connected to the internet and try again

    Hi goodyyc,

     

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. What device are you trying to login to?

    3. Please try using another device (Android, iOS, another computer).

    4. Please uninstalling and re-installing the app.
