Time restrictions

Hi, right now I use remote control to allow / disconnect my kids to use the internet access while I am in the office, Ideally I would want them to have a time budget they could use - and if this time capacity has been used, they can no longer access the net. If such a feature would still allow certain apps (i.e. WhatsApp - as this is also used to communicate on school related issues and myself) that woudl be excellent. Does Netgear have any such solution? If not - any other ideas (for IOS and Android)?
