Unable to connect to router remotely
RAX30 — Nighthawk AX5 5-Stream AX2400 WiFi 6 Router
I have tried numerous time to connect to the router remotely and it's been unsuccessful. When I say 'remotely' I mean trying to connect to the router with the app when I'm not home, using the same network as the router. I've tried with the app and with a browser as well. According to everything I've read, enabling the 'Anywhere Access' on the app is all that's needed.
Yes, 'Anywhere Access' is enabled on the app.
Yes, the router has been updated to the latest firmware (v1.0.14.108).
I'm using Spectrum home internet.

Anywhere Access is only for the NH mobile app for phones and pads. There no longer any support for web page remote access to the router. Only thru the NH app.

Yes but I am unable to use support through the NH app because I cannot register the router. It is already registered by the previous owner. However, my question isn't too technical so I'm sure someone has an answer they'd like to share. I have no other alternative, unfortunately.
