What is it connected to on your network? What modem/gateway, if there is one, sits in front of it?
Which app are you using? Android? iOS?
Apologies for all the questions. But you can help people to help you by providing the information suggested in this forum's header:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)They are there for a good reason.
What router do you have?
You can manually update it if you think you're firmware is out of date.

There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.- RajatsAspirant
I am using netgear r7000 AC1900. Can I have any call support?

Yes if it is a new router within 90 days of purchase.
The official support channels start here:
Contact Us | Support | NETGEAR
First you have to register your device to confirm that it is eligible for the 90-days free support. Start here:
MyNETGEAR | Product Registration
Start a case and, with luck, they will contact you.
After 90 days, Netgear does not provide paid support. It farms that out to GearHead.
GearHead supports all manner of kit, but it isn't likely to try flogging things like firewalls and virus checkers.
Or you can try to sort out problems here. That costs you nothing.
