Vuezone cameras VZCM2050
Help! I think I need a lot of help! A few days ago I stopped being able to view activity in my house by clicking on my email update. I have a vuezone wireless system with 2 cameras.. I had to go to my computer to see the videos even though I have a premier package! This morning I wanted to check the cameras from my phone and it says the App needs to be updated to work with IOS 11 and there is no update. So....... I do not have working alerts and I cannot view the cameras when I am on the go. Help!!!

That is not a solution!!!!!!! That was my additional bit of information! My basestation now does not work. I cannot re boot. The only option is to deactivate. No email alerts - no nothing....
