Wrong network password
I was trying to reconnect via wifi to my HP printer. It asked me for the network password. I typed it in and it said it was the wrong password, but it wasn't. I tried to connect to another printer th...

Yes it does. But we don't actually know that these printers need to be reconnected to the wifi. All we know is that the computer isn't reaching them for some reason. I've sometimes seen that happen with my one of my own computers, and for me what was needed was to reinstall the printer(s) on the PC.
duglee64 - have you reviewed the device list on the router, and confirmed that neither printer is connected to the network?

Here's what I know so far. The printer is on the device list of all of my computers. I have uninstalIed and reinstalled HP Smart app. I noticed that when I try to connect to the router and it asks for my routers password, the wi-fi disconnects every time. It only does this for my printer.

You'll need to check with HP and what this password is for your printer. Most HP printers now days have a log in password and admin/user level accounts and passwords on there printers. Something to ask HP support about.

But is it still in the device list of the router????
One possibility is that the HP smart app is trying to set up the printer using WiFi Direct.

Yes, The HP printer is listed on the device list.
I don't know if you have seen my other replys, but I noticed that when I try to connect to the printer via wi-fi, it asks for the router password and as soon as I try to enter the secuity key, I lose wi-fi.

This is with the HP Smart App? Are you certain it is asking for the router wifi password? I have seen a report on the HP forum that suggests it might be asking for the printer's wifi direct password.
If the printer is showing up in the Nighthawk's device list, then you shouldn't need to reconnect it to the network.
The printer has a built in web server, so I think a good next step is to try connecting to that web server using the printer's IP address from one of your PCs. Instructions for that are on pages 24 and 25 here:

If you can connect, that would verify that the printer's network configuration is correct. Note the instructions also show you how to print that configuration.
If if you can reach it's web page, then I think a good next step would be to try uninstalling it on one of your PCs, and then reinstalling it. If that works, then do the same on the other PCs.
You didn't say whether you have the M140w or the M140we. The driver downloads for the M140w are here:
The HP140we is here:
Not sure if the driver downloads for the two models are any different.
