Adding to my expiring soon meural membership did not work as expected

I got a email notice my Meural membership was expiring next month, and I should renew.  I purchased a subscription card and added it my account.   HOWEVER, it added a second  and third subscription to my account rather than extend my existing subscription.   No idea why it added 2 new subscriptions.   How do I get my subscription extended with this card ?   Why would a 2nd and 3rd subscription be added to my account?    I only have one Meural,  though that shouldn't matter.   Why can't I list my Meural Canvas as an associated product in this posting?   (it only allows me to add Meural Canvas II to this post, strange)

    Your Meural subscription card incorrectly added two new subscriptions instead of extending your existing one. Contact Meural Support directly (via their website, email, phone, or app) to explain the issue, stating you only have one device and want the extra subscriptions removed and the card's value applied to extend your original membership. The reason for the multiple subscriptions is likely a system error. The inability to select your specific Meural Canvas model in this posting is a platform limitation and shouldn't hinder your support request with Meural.
