Cannot upload
Just received my newly bought, from Netgear's own website, Canvas Digital Photo Frame today. After setup it will not display playlists or photos only the default art that came with the frame. Tried resetting and restarting with no fix. Anyone get this issue fixed?

I understand that you are not able to display playlist with your digital frame after the initial setup. The issue may be that the device that you are using to upload the playlist from is not on the same network as your digital frame. To verify this issue, please navigate to https://my.meural.netgear.com/ then upload your playlist.
