Boots up once plugged in, then goes to Meural logo page for a few seconds, then blank
Hi, my meural canvas II has the exact same problem as plemans described. Boots up once plugged in, then goes to Meural logo page for a few seconds, then blank. When blank, it means no backlight, nothing. Tried factory reset via using the pinhole next to the SD card slot. it simply repeats the boot up sequence I described, but twice by itself. Afterward it goes right back to blank. Please helpMeural Canvas II Server Status Offline
Hello, My Canvas II is unable to connect back to the server. The last sync as 7.22.2025. The server status is offline, but my wifi is connected with IP Address. The software version is 2.3.2_3.0.3. My family has other canvas that is running software version 2.0.9 and no issues connecting to the server.
