Can't get Meural online
I successfully reset my Meural Canvas 2nd generation but it restarts saying: To get set up Follow these steps First get Meural App (done) Open Meural App and login (done) ======= But the App asks me to use swipe gestures and the Canvas is not responding to them, probably because it's not set up. Basically the App assumes the Canvas is online and the Canvas expects to be set up with the App which seems to require it being online. Any suggestions.Netgear Meural, blank screen after logo...
Hi, I've got a couple of Netgear Meurals and they're lovely. But, one of them is now just showing a Meural logo and then, after that, it just goes blank. I've done a hard reset on the unit (put the power on whilst pressing the Reset button for 20 seconds) but still nothing. I know the unit's receiving power and the screen's working because the logo comes up but I don't know what's happening after that. Reading about the problem, it does seem quite common but, has anyone had this problem and managed to fix it? Could it be that I need a different power supply? Could a chip need replacing inside the unit? Is there anyone in the UK that could look at the unit for me? Netgear won't replace the unit as it's out of warranty so any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you. RonMeural Canvas MC321
Unser Bilderrahmen Meural MC321 Lässt sich seit einiger Zeit nur noch nach dem Reset Starten. Am nächsten Tag ist er wieder schwarz und läst sich nicht mehr starten. Es blinkt nur noch kurz das Mureal Logo auf. Dann ist er wieder schwarz und man muß ihn neu resetten. Firmware und Update ist angeblich auf der neuesten version. Wer kann mir weiterhelfen.
