Horizontal lines on Canvas 1

Question

I have horizontal lines on my Canvas version 1. It is only at the very top of the screen. I looked inside to make sure the ribbon cable that goes to the LCD screen was in and did not loosen up. Everything looked ok. Has anyone experienced this and if so found a solution? I would be willing to change the LCD if I only knew which would work.&nbsp;

Following this. I have the exact same problem. Netgear support is useless. Would like to fix also since other than that it is fine.

I don't suppose you managed to find an answer to the problem with your Meural? I have exactly the same issue on my 6 year old frame. I love it and would dearly like to repair it. I identified the panel required which I can source for around £250 but can't be sure that it IS actually the panel.

A new frame is around £800 (yikes).
