Image Upload Broken
Unable to upload photos to my Meural Canvas. It fails in the app, and fails with the web version too. I've attempted photos I've previously uploaded to the Canvas -- standard JPGs taken from my iPhon...
Certain it’s a NETGEAR issue. This happened last year; the upload API was down for weeks. The netgear team doesn’t seem to have good alerting when parts of their API degrades. Contacting support has been useless and they don’t have the context to do anything. They don’t seem to loop in the engineering team and point to unrelated knowledge base or forum articles.
Thanks for the feedback. Let me know if you have luck. Or any luck trying to call and rattle them to fix it. I did try uploading their own provided pictures that show on the app and those upload. However nothing when you do your own pictures.
