Imposible to registrer my Meural Canvas, support is not replying
I have purchased my Meural canvas back in 2017. Used it for a while but needed to store it for 2 years while covid. Anyway, I have tried to connect it again and for some reason it is not registrated anymore in my account. When I try to registrar the canvas it is giving me an error that the product is registrated with a different person. I have opened a case in support and sent all the necessary documents (serial number from the back of the canvas and the invoice of the purchase) but support is not replying. I am a bit frustrated of how Netgear support is completely ignoring my case. Any suggestions how solve this issue? Is there something I can do in order to fix it?

Did you go into the app and remove the meural from the app?

Hi,
Currently I have no canvas in the app. When I try to add my canvas it's indicating that my canvas is registered with a different account/person.
