MC321 Higher Brightness Setting Stopped
Hi Folks,
My Meural Canvas until just recently stopped displaying my photos in the highest brightness setting. I purchased this in September of 2023 so it should still be covered under warranty, however I can't find a way to report this and get a replacement canvas. I've tried changing the different display settings but the screen will not display as bright as it use to. Can anyone help give me directions as to how to have it replaced under warranty?

Hello EM1-X ,
I understand that your Meural Canvas is not showing as desired. Please try factory resetting your Meural Canvas then adjust the brightness settings by changing the light sensitivity to low then turning off the auto brightness feature on your Meural Canvas.
Follow the steps below to adjust the auto brightness for your Meural Canvas through your Meural app:
- Tap CANVAS.
- Then tap the gear icon on the top right of the screen.
- Now tap Canvas Settings.
- Scroll down to Light Sensor.
- Toggle off Auto-Adjust Brightness.
- then, tap ">" icon on the right of the "Light Sensitivity" text.
- Now tap low then adjust the light settings on your Meural Canvas.
