Meural App No Longer Able to Control Meurals
As of this morning the Meural app no longer seems able to control my Meurals. It cannot select images in my playlists, cannot sleep or wake the Meurals, cannot use the directional buttons. I've checked that the app (iOS) is on the latest version and the Meurals are as well (2.0.9) and have tried rebooting the Meurals and the app, logging in and out, all the usual troubleshooting. Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I fix this?

I understand that you are having compatibility issues between your Meural app and your Meural Canvas. To resolve this issue, uninstall then re-install your Meural app, then ensure that your Meural Canvas is updated to the latest released firmware.
Please follow the steps listed below to update your Meural Canvas:
Navigate to my.meural.com
Select your initials on the far right
Select Canvases
Scroll down to Canvas Software Version
Select the arrow on the right of the software version
Select update on the top rightPlease keep us updated on the progress of this issue!
