iPhone missing multiple canvas switch option
Sorry this may be a repeat question I’m relatively new to this but my iPhone app is no longer showing the option to switch between two or more canvases, any recommendations on how to fix this or control a second canvas would be greatly appreciated.

Meural iOS Update is broken
Hi, The newest iOS Meural update is supposed to be including bug fixes, however it seems it has managed to break everything instead! The 'Canvas' icon now takes me to one of my three Meurals, where it keep saying it is sleeping (it is not) or when it decides it is not sleeping, the brightness and sleep (moon) controls do not do anything. It tries to refresh (Syncing your Canvas) but nothing happens. After 10 seconds for 'Syncing your Canvas' for everything you do, the 'On Now' Playlist keeps showing 'Try Again' above the works, which again doesn't do anything The three dots ... icon on top right, now shows only a Gear icon when pressed (no Text) which is the Settings of the current Canvas, but the list of other Canvases on the network is now nowhere to be found, so I cannot view any of the other ones. And yes I have tried un-installing and re-downloading the app, apart from Logging in for 3 seconds (could see the Playlists) and throwing me back to the login screen 4 times before it decided to finally log me in, there is no change. Please fix. BRgds

Meural Canvas unable to upload
Hello, For now months I have been unable to upload pictures from my iPhone or my MacBook to Meural. I haven't changed phone, I still have space on my Canvas, etc. Pictures are not oversized and are in the right format. I tried just one picture at a time... Support is unresponsive (tried many time to call but no one picks up). I'm very disappointed for a premium product, would not recommend to anyone - stay away from it. Any help?

Meural App No Longer Able to Control Meurals
As of this morning the Meural app no longer seems able to control my Meurals. It cannot select images in my playlists, cannot sleep or wake the Meurals, cannot use the directional buttons. I've checked that the app (iOS) is on the latest version and the Meurals are as well (2.0.9) and have tried rebooting the Meurals and the app, logging in and out, all the usual troubleshooting. Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I fix this?

iOS Live Photos not working, appearing as still photos
I wanted to check if anyone else is having this issue. I clicked some Live Photos and saved them in a LOOP, but the images appeared as still pictures. There is an old live image, which appears as a live moving image, but any new live images appear as still images. This is the Canvas 21 Software Version: 2.3.2_3.0.3
