Nighthawk IOS app Blank screen since a few day, app not usable
Hi, my iphone app (Iphone 7 plus, last version of firmware of my MR60, and last version of the app). I have removed the app, installed again and same white screen after a few seconds. I can acces the rooter from my mac, no wifi problem. but no way to use the Nighthawk app again, MAC adress randomizers was disable also. on the iPhone. Please fix this problem I don't have all the Nighthawk feature in routerlongin.net in particulary the parental control stuff. Best regardsRBE771 AP mode, Orbi app says cant find
Recently purchased RBE771 with 1 satellite. Had terrible trouble setting up in AP mode as it kept wanting to go into router. I have Verizon Fois which is in the basement and the I wanted wireless access in the upper levels. Was working in AP mode and I maybe yesterday I had a firmware update, running V10.5.19.5_2.2.37 on main and satellite. It seems to start playing havoc with my internet connection, powered off ONT, router and RBE771, did have a flashing pink (not sure what that means). It then all seemed to work. I am unable to use the Orbi app on my iphone, it shows a screenshot of the RBE771 in the background but then it comes up saying We can't find your Orbi, Try Again. If I go to Router Settings it shows 222 as the last digits as the ip address, it should be 153. I can log into the RBE771 in a web browser. I tried SET UP A NEW ORBI SYSTEM in the app menu but it is going through the steps of setting it up in router mode which I do not want and it gave me so much grief last time before I got it to AP mode. Any ideas how I can get back to seeing my RBE771 back in the ORBI app and is there a way of setting this up in AP mode from the start?IP Address value has disappeared from the Nighthawk app
The IP Address no longer appears when using Device Manager in the NightHawk app. It does show the MAC Address (but this isn't helpful to me). The business reason is I bring my work laptop home (daily) and it is set for DHCP so the IP Address will change from time to time so I try to remote into it with the last known IP Address but when that doesn't work (because a different IP Address was assigned) I used to go into the Nighthawk app, find the device name and click on it to get the new IP Address. It is no longer showing, instead it is only showing the MAC address. I don't care if the app will show both the IP Address and the MAC Address but I really need the IP Address to be shown (again). It used to show, not sure when it changed. What I have to do now is log into the laptop and do an ipconfig command which is a pain.Orbi RBKE963 no connection
Today out of nowhere, both my satellites lost connection to my orbi router. I tried for hours to reconnect them, even resetted one of the satellites, then both, and eventuelly I also resetted the router. Tried to connect via iPhone over the initial WiFi connection. iPhone connects fine but the App does not find the router. I'm desperate and slowly start thinking that the sh.. it broken. Hi I felt that someone has cracked my orbi App ie Netgear portal username and password. As a security measure I have now enabled 2 FA. This should protect me from all future threats but what about past ones. I have changed the password too. But the person who was already signed in will remained signed in as there is no option in Orbi App or Netgear account to "sign out from all instances". May be I am missing something. Can someone help? RegardsCan't connect to the Orbi's within app even after factory reset.
Man... These things are really starting to annoy me. I've tried all the fixes I have found and still no luck. I even factory reset them, something I was trying to avoid, and still can't get the app to connect. I've tried an andriod, iphone, etc and nothing.... What gives?!Can't login to my router!
I've not been able to setup my router using the app because it says "Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device." even though I know the credentials are correct. I can login to the web interface but some features are missing and the app is advised as the primary way to setup this device.
