Error codes and will not let me make any changes
Sorry I gave the wrong information. It’s a Nighthawk 8000 P and still after I login will not let me make any changes every time I try to do an update it says error every time I try to make any changes it says error. It won’t let me check the speed going through the router. It comes up error. It doesn’t seem like I can do anything with it, but it seems to be working. Is there any help out there? I’m ready to throw this thing in the trash.Nighthawk app jumble up
Hello. Does anyone have an error in the Nighthawk app that makes the login area impossible to select anything but "forgot password"? I tried to attach a screenshot that I had taken but every time I hit "publish" an error message that said something along the lines of cannot publish now, uploading in progress. I upgraded to the Orbi 700 series. I followed the app instructions. During the instructions I renamed the factory issued account name to a personal account name for the system. Moving on to add the satellites, the app locked up and would not proceed. I deleted the app and reloaded the app. Now the app locks up at the log in page when attempting to log in to link the Orbi devices to the app. Can anyone offer any guidance?? ThanksApplication Orbi
Bonjour J'utilise depuis quelques semaines un Orbi 770 avec 2 Satellites, l'ensemble est configuré en point AP. Dans l'application j'ai bien toutes mes connections qui sont remontées, par contre ou je suis surpris c'est de voir que j'ai des problèmes de stabilité. J'entends par la que de temps en temps des connections qui sont d'habitude en 2,4 Ghz ou 5 Ghz se retrouvent en ethernet. C'est aléatoire et cela revient à la normale ou pas. Pour information aujourd'hui c'est ma pompe à chaleur qui est en WIF 2,4 Ghz qui vient de passer en Ethernet ..., j'ai également une prise connectée qui se retrouve en Ethernet... Si quelqu'un à en ce problème merci de me la faire savoir, je suis preneur de l'information. Pour information la version de firmware est : V10.5.20.7 Cordialement
