I cannot access my service contracts from the Orbi App
When I try to open my service contracts, the App just hangs. I have two active Orbi 970 service contracts linked to my account (one for a returned Orbi 970 Router). Could this be the reason? Any other ideas? Additionally I cannot see any protection level history and some of the displayed data like number of devices with installed Armor in the App are wrong / 0. Might or might not be related. Again any ideas?
Netgear nighthawk app only displays completely white screen.
Does anyone know how to fix the obvious problem of the Nighthawk app only showing a white screen? I have deleted the app by going into setting on my iPhone 13. I have even waited a few days. Each time I re-install in takes me through a few permission questions. It DOES NOT ask me to login, it is always already logged in. I am then taken to a completely white screen. I can close the app and reopen but it only takes me to the completely blank, white screen. I am running IOS 16.3.1.iOS app flakey since 10.5.20.3
Since installing this version on the satellites first, one at a time, and then the router, it seems as though the iOS app is a little flakey. for instance, one of my satellites simply shows a “dash” - as the firmware version. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Signed out and back in. Same issue. if I log into the GUI or the satellite, it reports the same firmware version as the other satellite and router. So it appears to be a UI bug. anyone seen a similar issue before?I have the app on my iPhone and it shows devices offline when they are online
I am having the same problem more than 3 years later with RBE871. What you suggest is not a solution. I have named all the devices and will not go back to square one. When is NETGEAR going to fix the problem. I’m having it with Windows 10 & 11 and with both Chrome & Edge browsers. I have the app on my iPhone and it shows devices offline when they are online. I’ve created a case #49279170. Once again, when is NETGEAR going to fix this problem.
