Meural Canvas 227 stuck on setup screen
I have two canvas units purchased in 2017, which worked flawlessly until I recently moved. Upon power on, the images were all still there, but I tried to reset the WiFi following instructions. Eventually during the Walkthrough process, I got booted out to the Setup screen, which on one canvas sees a WiFi network, the other doesn't. Both are frozen at this screen and I cannot gesture to get to a menu.
I've read all available articles here about factory reset, deleting and re-adding each canvas with the device numbers (I've done that both from the web browser account page and from the mobile app.) I've tried all the advice but I'm still stuck, as factory reset doesn't get me anywhere and I have no onscreen menu or gesture control.
Where do I go from here?

Thanks for the reply- initially the wifi network wasn't starting, but through a few restarts and resets, the wifi appeared and I was able to reconnect through the app. Thanks again!

Yes I did. Someone from customer support saw my post, contacted me, and talked me through it. It was a long phone call and the steps were tedious and frustrating, but they stayed with me until we got it sorted. It's solvable. Hopefully you can get someone to respond to you!
