Meural Canvas cannot connect to wifi

meural Canvas. Did a factory reset, and now I can’t connect to the network.
I reset one of my two meurals (had for a couple years) because of some images not loading.
Now, I can’t add it to wifi. I’ve scoured Reddit and the KBs, but I can’t figure it out.
I tried different devices (iPad, laptop, iPhone), but I can’t seem to find the meural’s broadcasted network. I’ve also reset my home network, but nothing.
Any thoughts? It goes through the connect phase, then says “can’t connect to network.” My other meural works fine (and is connected to wifi—like this one was before I reset it.
This is just weird. I’ll never do a reset again.

What happens if you setup a guest network on your router and try to connect the meural to that?
- Nada. Tried connecting to our internal guest network and even a wifi hotspot with all the simple, lowercase characters recommended by other posts. I don’t understand why I can’t see the meural’s internally broadcast ssid and password at all, on any device. I’ve even tried entering them as a manual “other network” with no luck.
If you disable the network security (leaving it open) for the ssid/network, can it connect then?
