Meural Canvas I- I can't register my Meural, and support will do nothing to help
I purchased a Meural secondhard. Apparently that is not a great way of getting a Meural!! These Meruals are serial locked to the person that registered them first.
I have proof of purchase. I am now the owner. Support said they will look into this and keep sending me to one support to another and the wait times are worse than the DMV. I have three help tickets going and this is going nowhere!
I contacted an admin thru the forums and I pray that she can help ( cause it looks like she has help a couple of people with the same problem).
I have tried to contact the owner and that is a no-go.
I have proof purchase and pictures of the Meural Canvas I.
Can anyone out there help me.
-side note- doing a factory reset gets you nowhere, it does not de-register the unit.
Please help!!

There has to be more people out there that have had or still experiencing the same problem I am having.
De-Registering a product should not have to be complicated. Products are being bought and sold countless times and for Netgear and Meural to tie that serial number to the original owner for life is crazy. There has to be a way for Netgear just to take the serial number and hit the reset button and Viola!
I am at my wits end trying to get this solved..

Just an update!
Finally got it de-registered.
Angelica, the technical support specialist, got it figured out and I was able to register the meural under my account.
I guess the key to support is Time. Just give them enough time and it will eventually get done.
