Meural II 2023 - cannot buy new art - payment issues
Bought the Meural II for my birthday and very pleased with it and also went with the subscription. Though I can download/send the art in the membership, I cannot seem to purchase any art - there are some nice watercolours which I want to buy but cannot and payment is always declined and this is either through the app or online using my PC
I have tried various cards, Visa, Amex and MCard (all in date) and also raised a support case on 11 April. New a month later, they give the same advice over and over again - try new payment method etc - but the issue remains that it is either declined or failed. Tried some online chat today and suprise suprise they did not help and again suggested the same old advice. Oddly, I once managed to purchase something but the next thing I tried got the same response. I am disappointed and looking at compensation as I am paying for something which does not work properly and also would expect that the various artists on the system would be worried this is widespread and so they cannot earn through it.
I cant believe this cannot be sorted - there are many vastly smaller businesses which do not have such a problem. What I dont understand is why in an IT company they cannot find what the problem is -
