Meural Resizing My photos

I understand that the resolution of the Meural Canvas is 1920x1080 pixels. I don't want Meural to auto-size the photos to fit the frame because it distorts the photo. I used Photoshop to edit all of my photos to for either the 1920 width of the 1080 height (allowing for some black filler on the short side.)

I have one Playlist that works perfectly. However, I just uploaded a new Playlist yesterday and the Canvas is auto-sizing and distorting the photo. Are there any solutions for this?

    Hello Mojomania,

     

    You should be able to change this setting by following the steps below

    1. log into the Meural App
    2. Click on Canvas
    3. Click the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen
    4. Scroll down to find "Display" settings
    5. Change Fill Mode to Contain or As is

    Try this out and let us know if you're now able to view your images in the desired format.

      I have set mine as “as is” and the photo is still being resized. It is being squashed.
