Meural shows unresponsive on Alexa

Hi,
I have a Meural Canvas II which works fine. The Meural app shows it connected to the internet and app controls it OK.

Alexa skill is enabled (tried disabling and re-enabling).

Meural shows as unresponsive in the Alexa app so I can't control it via voice?

All updates are done so running all the latest software on everything.

I'm not sure why it's not working with Alexa??

Any help please?
