Re: Canvas Says Offline
Hello, My Meural has been working fine until yesterday when it lost connectivity. It still says it is connected to my home network but to be sure I repeated the WiFi setup steps. Both the app and website say "frame offline". The frame itself says it is connected to my network but server status is "offline". Could this mean that the problem is on Netgear's end? Otherwise, anything I can try to restore connectivity? See frame status below. Thanks.

The app has stopped connecting to my canvas. Says its offline when it's online. Happened after I updated the app on my iPhone.
