Screen Started flickering randomly. Service centers?
Has anyone encounterd their frame glitching like this. As soon as the power is plugged in it instantly starts flashing. Frame has not been dropped. Seemed to happen while hanging on the wall. Firmware is up to date. Could this be caused by power surge?
Also would like to find a service center for these frames based in Toronto Canada if anyone knows of one.
the screen flickers like this as soon as it has power

Hi,
I have the same exact issue when I set the light sensors to "high" and make fast adjustments to the brightness of the light.
If you did set that to high you can try and change it to medium or low and see if the issue persists. If it does, just send it in for repair. The Netgear support is as usefull as a not working light bulb in the dark... sadly. They got some standard procedures like "reset the canvas", "plug the power out and wait a while before you plug it in again" ... didn't get any smart answer from them for my canvas issue yet.
Sorry netgear if I'm so negative towards you but you reap what you sow.

Hello Meural Community,
UGHMediaTech - Thank you for posting this issue! It definitely looks like something isn't quite right with your unit. A power surge has been known to cause issues with electronics although I can't say for sure if this is the cause in your case. I have tried to replicate this on my Meural and my Meural II but haven't been able to replicate this issue. If we're able to replicate this then it may rule out an electrical issue.
Ovecarleone - Thank you for joining in this discussion. I attempted to change my sensitivity to high, medium and low but still couldn't replicate the problem with resolution. Any additional details you can share about your settings that may help me try to replicate?
Looking forward to hearing more.
Best,
Christine

Hi Christine
Thank you for your reply.
I don't think it's something you can force by doing it once or twice. I had the sensitivity setting for a few weeks on high. It occured a few times after I switches from the lights far from the canvas to the ones near the canvas. The flickering didn't happen every time but it did happen a few times. Since I switched to medium sensitivity it didn't happen anymore but I still have to check a few weeks.
