If it’s failing both in the app and through the browser, and even a completely new account has the same problem, it sounds less likely to be an account-specific issue. I’d first check whether the service is having an upload problem, then try a small image with a different file format or reduced size. If that also fails, it would be worth reporting it to support with the exact error message and the device/browser you're using.
