Cannot connect to additional MS60 satellite

Hello everyone,
I have a NIGHTHAWK MESH SYSTEM MR60 WITH TWO MS60 SATELLITES.
The problem is that I have only used one satellite and the other remains in the package.
Now after more than 2 years i have a need to use the additional satellite and when I try to connect the additional satellite it fails to connect and it always flashes white no matter what I do.
The router and the satellite in use are with same last firmware version and I assume that a firmware version needs to be updated for the additional satellite as well, but it is not recognized.

Please help what can be done in order to start using the additional satellite.

Have you tried hardwiring it into the router for a period?

Its probably behind on firmware and needs to get updated to sync.

      Hello Sir,

Can you please explain what do you mean by hardwiring to the router? Do you mean that i connect with cable from router directly to the satellite with Ethernet cable?
If the answer is yes, please explain next steps and how can i find this satellite and update firmware?

yes. Temporarily move the satellite by the router and connect it with an ethernet wire. And walk away for around 20 minutes.

Then log into the router via the browser (not the app) and check the sync status and firmware pages. A lot of the time, it'll handle it on its own but sometimes you have to manually update/sync it.
