Want to reserve static IP for PI-hole as per this screen. https://snipboard.io/qVEaYs.jpg
Again, as soon as I click Apply, the router reboots and reservation goes away and router goes back to default set up.

So why are changing the ending IP range to 10.0.0.250 for reserving this IP? You could set the static IP in the pihole.

That opens the possibility of an IP address conflict, since the router could assign the same address.
A better option would be to reserve the IP address in the router (but leaving the range alone). So that would be a good thing for vish_at to try next.
vish_at - can you change any settings in the router successfully?

I meant why the OP is trying to edit the ending IP, since the ip address of the pihole is well within the range of the DHCP pool. I have assigned static IP's to devices within the DHCP pool without any issue. The router doesn't assign the same IP to other devices.

Sounds like you are talking about address reservation. If you configure a truly static IP address (not known to the router), then it certainly can reassign the IP.
