Something about this seems "odd". My Netgear router definitely displays both starting and ending IPs in regular text:
It is always a good idea to verify that the router is running the current firmware release.
For the MR60 that is v1.1.8.142, released in October, 2025.

What seems odd to you???
My Orbi also has the first three fields in the DHCP range grayed out (my subnet mask is also 255.255.255.0).
The router IP address (which is what you seem to be showing) allows all four fields to be edited.
