Thanks to everyone for checking. Yes, my Orbi RBR50 and RBR750 both show the first three octets of the DHCP range "greyed out" and cannot be changed.
They paste into a Forum message like this:
Since FURRYe38 was able to change the DHCP range on his MR60 with firmware 1.1.7.134, and the OP's MR60 is also running 1.1.7.134, this appears to a case for the dreaded Factory Reset.
(I saw someone asked if that was done, but am not finding the response.)

The first 3 octets can't be changed as only the 4th one can be. Can only effect the 1st 3 octets by changing the router IP address.
