No.
On the MRs web page in a web browser you can find the IP address given to the MR by the ISP modem on the Advanced Tab page in the Internet section. The IP address will be dislayed on the page here. If you have the nighthawk app you can see the IP address as well on the Settings/Router settings page in the app there.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Is this the page? Yes I see a IP address right under the Use Static IP Address radio button.
It is Nokia. I believe it is XGS-PON.

Yes, that where you'll see the WAN IP address coming from the ISP ONT. Should be a ##.##.###.### kind of IP address. If you see a beginning number of 10.x or 172.x or 192.x, then this would be a private IP address, otherwise would be public IP address.
Can see on the Advanced tab/Advanced Home page as well.
