Help disabling Armor

Can someone help me figure out how to disable Armor? It's been causing me numerous issues, especially with video conferencing software.

 

I go into the Nighhawk app -> Settings -> Security -> slide the enable netgear armor swith to OFF, but it always times out with an error saying the process took too long (60 seconds).

 

Help!

    Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? 

    Do you have a different device to try? 

     

     

    • Yes - I've tried installing the app on another device, same problem. Rebooted router, restarted app.

        If you really want it disabled, factory reset the router and reinstall it.
