I called Netgear Tech Support
Hey, My Mr60 just had the same problem. Running fine for almost two years prior. I called Netgear Tech Support. Their explanation was that my Armor Guard Trial subscription was expired and eventually all my Netgear Equipment would error (I have DSL and Cable Internet in home and I have MMr60 Mesh and Orbi whole home and two Nighthawk Routers also. Belts and suspenders because I work from home and all our entertainment is over internet. They quoted me various packages up to $799.00 for a lifetime "family" package to cover all current and new equipment forever. This seemed "phishy" to me so I hung up. My son and I attempted several factory resets and finally on the third try, I was able to get the Mr60 to reboot and I was able to successfully use the phone app to setup the Mesh, same as when I first purchased. Don't get scammed into purchasing or extending the Armor Guard. Netgear has good equipment. They should make sure that their India tech support is not scamming customers into these expensive security packages.

Was the phone number in the app
None of my Netgear devices are still eligible for telephone support, so all my app shows is the word Expired (in red).
Could you please post the phone number that your app shows for support?

Definitely phishy, since Netgear support doesn't offer that. How did you reach them? Googling for a support phone number often will lead to a scammer.

Was the phone number in the app. Very strange.
