Mesh WiFi 6 Router (MR60) wired ethernet connection issue
I have a Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 Router with 2 satellite routers. I ran a cat6 ethernet cable from my LG tv to the main router in hopes of getting faster streaming on the TV. When I attempted to make the connection, its saying there is no internet. Am I supposed to open a port or should it automatically connect?

1. What modem/gateway is the MR60 connected to?
2. what firmware is on the router?
3. Did you re-run setup on the lg tv after changing its network connections?
The router is connected to a Cox Cable modem (Brand is ARRIS.) I am not sure what the Gatewa is or how to find out (I am not very tech savvy.) The router firmware is V1.1.6.122
I did not run the LG setup as if it were a new TV but I did try to connect through the network settings. When I plug and unplug the ethernet cable from the router, the TV recognizes it because it gives me a notification but for some reason the internet is not getting through. EVerything works fine if I connect wirelessly*
