MR 80 updating issue

I have the MR 80 Mesh system with 2 Satelites. I think there is a new firmware update, but app says I have latest firmware. Is there a know issue? I tried to search but didn’t see anything.

Thank you very much! Can this be done wirelessly? I was hoping I could do it in the app and that is the update that I saw! Also does the manual explain the priority on how devices choose to connect to the router or the satellites? I’m just trying to figure out how everything connects! I tried to add another MS80 satellite and it caused a reduction of signal strength to some devices! So I just shut it down! Do you have any suggestions? I was trying to place the 3rd satellite in a window closer to security 3 cameras in my front! Thanks for ur help!! Hope this is not a bother?

Just don’t understand why it says my firmware is up todate?

Getting a zip file download and it won’t take it in manual update! Trying to get the .chk file but just can’t get it to take it! Sorry I’m just not sharp! Just too old I guess!

You have to unzip that file to extract the firmware.

When you update with wifi, use the browser on the device, not the app. You'll have to aim the browser at the IP address for each satellite. One at a time.
