MR 80 updating issue
I have the MR 80 Mesh system with 2 Satelites. I think there is a new firmware update, but app says I have latest firmware. Is there a know issue? I tried to search but didn’t see anything.

Getting a zip file download and it won’t take it in manual update! Trying to get the .chk file but just can’t get it to take it! Sorry I’m just not sharp! Just too old I guess!
What is happening when you send the .chk file to the MS web pages?
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge for Firefox browsers?
Got a family member or nieghbor that could help you out?

Thank you very much! Can this be done wirelessly? I was hoping I could do it in the app and that is the update that I saw! Also does the manual explain the priority on how devices choose to connect to the router or the satellites? I’m just trying to figure out how everything connects! I tried to add another MS80 satellite and it caused a reduction of signal strength to some devices! So I just shut it down! Do you have any suggestions? I was trying to place the 3rd satellite in a window closer to security 3 cameras in my front! Thanks for ur help!! Hope this is not a bother?
It's recommended via wire however you can do it if you have a good solid connection wireless with the MR. You can connect to each MS web page and send FW thru there pages there, wireless, then do the MR lastly.
You might bring the MS to closer, next room over or same room as MR if the MS are at a far distance, helps ensure the connection is good to send the FW file to them.
