What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?

For my configuration, I'm using two Netgear switches (that worked fine for this Ethernet backhaul prior to mid-year firmware for MR60/MS60), but they are:
Netgear GS108
Netgear GS116
What I *think* may be happening, I think that the EEE 802.3az "green ethernet" feature may be interfering with the most recent firmware builds of these devices - nothing else in my configuration changed - firmware upgrade for MR60/MS60 and "boom", Internet connection works for a bit, Ethernet backhaul to two APs, and then the link degrades rapidly.
Remove one satellite, and the link is OK.
Configuration goes:
Modem --> GS108
GS108 --> Satellite 1 (Currently Disconnected)
GS108 --> GS116--> Satellite 2 (Connected)
If I reconnect Satellite 1, things work ok for a few hours, and then BOOM, Internet connectivity becomes unrealiable - network connectivity "iffy".
Ethernet throughput is WORSE than Wireless throughput - this was not the case before.
So to resolve things in the interim, I've enabled Wi-Fi on all devices that I would otherwise Ethernet connect; not ideal.
Before I scrap the architecture and get new switches - I want confidence in a solution before I throw money at the problem.

Be sure all your cables are of good quality. CAT6 is recommended and it's not recommended to mixed older CAT# versions with newer versions. Keep with 1 CAT# version.
Also might try newer FW version for the 60 series:

Oh... I just upgraded to that firmware and it destroyed my network. Now yet ANOTHER factory reset I just did... I hate this product so much.
Wi-Fi kept dropping. - grajkovicDec 02, 2021Aspirant
Modem --> MR60 --> GS108, sorry, yes.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
You did load the FW on the MS first before the MR right?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
