MR60 - Android Connection Issue

Hi,

 

I have a Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 System, updated to latest firmware (V1.0.6.102_2.0.45).

I cannot connect my Android TV Box to the WiFi 6 System.

 

I can connect it to my phone using Hotspot, so the TV Box wifi antenna works.

 

What can I do? I have tried to hard reset the TV box but had no luck.

 

It is the only device I cannot connect, no matter what I use (password or WPS).

    Hello BloodHunter90,

     

    Have you had a moment to get in contact with the TV Box manufacturer? You may try performing a factory reset on your Nighthawk mesh system and run through the setup assistant again.

      Hi Christian,

      I have reached the TV box manufacturer and tried to reset and update it, but still no luck.
      I will hard reset the mesh system and see if I have luck with this solution.
