MR60 is good but MS60 very poor speed

I connected my Spectrum Modem to MR60 (router) in the basement where I get 350MBPS and from router I connected to Netgear GS308v3 and from that I have Ethernet ports connected to TV's and a desktop which are in first and second floor of the house. I have two MS60 one is on first floor and one more in the second floor which covers full house.

My network was working very good and used to get on wifi in first and second floors speeds up to 200MBPS which was sufficient enough for my work but from the last 3 weeks I lost total speed and I am getting only 1 to 10 MBPS in most places of the house on WiFi in 1st and 2nd floor.

MR60 still gives the best speed as I get from modem but MS60 (both show blue color) gives hardly any speed and most of the devices are not functioning as there is no speed.

I reset both MR60 as well as MS60's but still no luck, they connect very good but MS60 wont give me the speed which I used to get few weeks back.

Model Name - Device Name - Current Firmware - Version Status
RouterMR60 -  MR60 - V1.1.7.132
Satellite - MS60 - Satellite-1  - V1.1.7.132
Satellite - MS60 - Satellite-2  - V1.1.7.132

Need your help to resolve this. This is more than 90 days old so I wont get support from Netgear

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

Might revert back to v.124 on the MS first then MR lastly to see if this changes anything...

      Q. What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

      A. ISP's modem manufactures model# ET2251

      Q. Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

      A. LAN cables are new and I get 350MBPS+ from the router (MR60) which is good. I have issue only with MS60's without any speed

The purpose of Mesh network supposed to cover full house but I get speed only near the router but not near the satellite from past 3 to 4 weeks
